My supposed 28 degree chisel (just over 27 degrees according to the pictures)
That picture with some lines and scale on it (the scale is estimated - I haven't figured out how to get the bits on the scope software to stay permanent on the picture, so I had to add them in MS paint). The angles were measured with the scope software, though.
Unicorn profile (I reground this chisel to make sure that I hadn't lost any edge in just a quick refresh of the plane mortising - any tiny amounts off of corners are no matter in use - as in, amounts you wouldn't see with the naked eye, but they could be really misleading. It's also possible that the edge would look ever so slightly different in the center of the chisel given that we're using a buffer and it isn't exactly a laser precise process).
With lines drawn on this (the angle we're seeing is the secondary angle. The primary is a little bit shallower and longer than this picture - my scope only goes down to about 75x or something like that, so, can't get long parts of the edge profile, but the secondary grows, anyway and may get an extra degree or two before being reground).
Anyway, with lines drawn on this, it's a lot easier to see what's going on.
