Need help finding..... *PIC*

David Smith
Depending on the turning I will either sand by hand or with a power sander (electric drill). When power sanding I have one sanding pad for each grit in both 2" and 3" sizes and after a while its a pain to keep changing out mandrels from the chuck. So I was trying to find some hex shafts that I can use to replace the round mandrels on the pads, that way I can use a quick release chuck making change outs quick and easy. However I cannot for the life of me find any hex mandrels with treads on one end and a hex (with notch for the quick release system) on the other end. Anyone have any ideas?

The left side of the picture shows what I have, the right side shows the shaft I would like to have. Thanks guys.
