Nicely done Derek. I never bothered making a tool to form the tenons. What I do is take a 2" block of maple,drill a 5/8" through hole and taper it to my desired size with my reamer. Then I cut the block in half through the center of the hole and use one of these blocks as a tenon sizer on the lathe after my tenon is completely dry.---Jack
