That's a very nice and precisely done bit of metalwork.

The white wheels are almost ideal for that sort of one-off application, since the friable binder makes them quick and easy to dress them to shape. I have one dressed with a semicircular profile (i.e. rounded all the way across instead of just the corners) for that sort of work, and for shaping larger hollows.
