I don't know of any adjustable versions of this but a gutter plane would plow the hollow you want. It is a bit too curved I think though. Another possibility would be to modify a wooden plane to suit your needs. Shape the sole to the curve you want ,then grind the iron to match. I did this with a wooden smoother to create a double hollow for chair seat hollowing.You can also find molding planes with varying curves and widths. This would be the "round " half of a hollow and round set.---Jack
