Re: A turn without the screw

As it turns out ()

I had something like that once. I would turn the switch on, and nothing happened. Went out and bought a leeson motor, and as I was getting ready switch it in, I noticed the original motor was spinning inside the pulley. Without moving the pulley the motor, nor anything else, made a sound. I re-installed the spline and tightened down the set screw and my Dad still has it about 30 years later. LV took back the Leeson motor.
