The ax

I was with my father when he bought the ax in Long Lake NY for trail clearing (he was forest ranger in Adirondaks) in the 1950's. I wound up with it rescued from the barn rusting and rehandled it wth a nice handle. Yes cruiser. Don't know the brand but it is a dandy ax, perfectly balanced. I can and do limb with it one handed with about the same effort as two handed.
