(I am getting a counter that counts down from 45 or so. Just wait until the countdown is done and the movie starts)
SWMBO dropped in for a few minutes, somewhere half way through the video Xin Sifu complains that he can't find any decent rasp any more so he has to use a course metal file.
somewhere he says he could use a bandsaw to cut out the frame, but since he only makes one saw, he is using hand tools.

Installing the blade and finishing the frame (30min)

It's crucial that the blade does not rotate easily, otherwise the saw is not useful.

He says if all the teeth are the same that's not good (no explanation why, maybe that's similar to the difference between a hand-cut rasp and a machine cut rasp?). also the set pattern is pretty interesting, one left, skip one, one right, skip one...
