Barry, a couple of points:
1. Yes, the wheels run and run when the motor is switched off. Mine run for 8 minutes (2 wheels, so more weight and momentum). Just shows how well balanced the CBN wheels are.
2. You can generate heat ... with a heavy hand. Lighten your touch. The wheels are a large heat sink, so they will run much, much cooler for the same touch on a white wheel. Don't assume that CBN is a free lunch when it comes to heat.
3. The wheels need a little time to run in. Then they are smoother, but still as quick as ever.
