Subject:
Anybody ever make their own blinds

Mike L
well last year we moved to our retirement home on a lake. The back of the house faces almost due East. The entire back has large sliding glass doors, and above them in the gable are very large windows. The windows are large right angle triangles. Four foot high and about 8 feet long, but do not form a point they stop and go up two feet. I have been looking at blinds curtains etc to cover them during the morning hours. Now that I have most of my shop in a spot I can almost work I figured I could make wooden or plastic blinds. So my question is has anybody every done this? Does anybody have plans? We are going to get them tinted, but that is four to six weeks out. Thanks
