Barry, are you any good at hand cut dovetails? If so, it would be easy to disassemble the drawer, check the parts, remake the offending piece and hand cut the dovetails. You should be able to mark the joint from the remaining pieces of the drawer. It would be a lot faster and probably more accurate than trying to reset your Leigh jig and a whole lot faster than remaking the drawer from scratch.
