Rocking Cradle
Ornamental turnings and book-matching skills add a nice touch.

Shop Shot #703 featured some of my first cradle making attempts. Included here, are a couple of other cradles I have since made. The first one shown here I built for my daughter and my first grandbaby.
Rocking Cradle
As with all my previous cradles, the spiral and rope-twist legs and spindles were all done on my Legacy Ornamental Mill.
Rocking Cradle
This one features an interesting book-matched end panel. From the bottom, you can see a Chihuahua, then a butterfly, and then a cat. With ten cradles behind me I'm eager to plan and build even more.
