After 7 months of designing, and milling, and obsessing over every little detail I finally have this wine cabinet finished and ready to send to its new home. I had some beautiful figured cherry that I decided to let do the speaking for me. Accented with poplar dyed jet black with India ink and finished with homemade wax finish. Did a ton of hand tooling and pretty much zero sanding to get a perfectly smooth finish. Went with hidden hardware because I wanted the cherry to be the star of the show and I think it works!
