Menu changes?

Hi, Peter. For the past week or so the "menu?" bar seems to have changed. For a few days it was non-existent. Now the "WoodCentral" (red/yellow button) is available which takes me to the Home Page(?) with Ellis' smiling face - to scroll down to the wanted forum. The "Menu" button on the RH side does absolutely nothing. Is that the way it is supposed to work now? I'm using Safari 13.1.2 if that makes a difference. Thanks.
