Carol If your able to size, crop, color correct and save your images on the programs you have why would you need PS elements. It will do more things but do you really need to do that much more. I have the high end photoshop at work but I personally don't use much more than elements will do and except for some serious retouching that is needed occasionally I could probably do most of what I do with the free softwares available.
