I've been using PhotoShop Elements for about five years or so after my upgrade cost for regular PhotoShop got too expensive. You can get the latest release for around $75 on Amazon. Elements will do just about anything you need to do for processing photos for Internet use. I know I don't use it anywhere near to its full capabilities.

My only complaint about Elements is that it obscures the entire Mac desktop when it is running. Can't find anything in Preferences to change that.
