My experience with B&H Photo has been excellent as well. I once had to return a teleconverter because I screwed up by selecting the wrong one (easy to do with teleconverters) and they were very understanding and helped me get the right one following return of my TC. I've also have had more limited experience with Adorama (either directly or via Amazon) and those transactions have been without problems.
