Well actually small work is not true. I use a 135mm El Nikkor on the bellows and with the bellows collapsed I can shoot at infinity so the lens is just like a manual focus 135mm. On DX cameras it's nice focal length for close ups of jewelry and such. I can easily fill the frame on a full size sensor with a ring and the bellows extended.
At home I use a PB-6 bellows with an extra focusing rail. that's the top photo. I do have to put a short extension tube on the back to compensate for the damn finger grip they now put on all the cameras. You can't install the camera without extending the rear about 24mm. I use one or two short extension tubes to do that.
At work I use a PB-4 bellows because it has swings of the front element to give me more depth of field. Since it doesn't have tilts I mount it in a home made rig to turn the whole bellows 90 degrees. then in effect I have front tilt. It works great for shooting jewelry where you always need more DOF. Wish I could afford a set for home use but they are way too expensive on EBAY.
