Calibration of online photos *PIC*

Chuck Bjorgen
I’m curious about how one goes about calibrating your online photos so they appear to others as they may seem to you on the various computer or other digital monitors you’re using. I’m a Mac/Apple user and I believe my photos probable appear the same to others as they do to me. Yet occasionally I see eBay photos that are so terribly dark, I have to wonder what the seller is seeing on his computer. I haven’t done a formal calibration on my monitors for many years. I’ll post a shot that looks right to me.

On my monitor and iPhone/iPad this looks right to my eye. But the question is, if the photo is too light or too dark to another viewer, who is right?
