I agree with darrin that the photo feels a little flat. A couple of things to consider:
1. The white balance feels off to me. You might try adjusting it in your camera to match your lights. Alternately, you could take a reading on the white background and use a custom setting.
2. While most photography tutorials/books/etc. suggest putting using the rule of thirds, I think in this case, centering the bowl left to right would make for a nicer balance. The photo feels like it leans to the left. Perhaps if the light was coming from the other direction, so the shadows were on the right of the bowl, that might help.
