HDR in camera is a waste of time. It will only let you do it in JPG. I think you get a much better image using RAW and Photoshop or one of the other programs to do HDR.
I'm still learning what the camera will do but 99% of all that it will do I will never use. Most of it is geared toward the amateur who doesn't know how to make decisions. I can do most of my photography with manual, aperture or shutter prefered auto. I don't need all those other programs as well as the artsy ones. Those I can do post shoot in photoshop and have much more control.
