I enjoyed seeing one simulation of a traditional tea ceremony at the Sackler Gallery of the Smithsonian many years ago when they built a real tea house in one of their galleries, but I've never had the pleasure of being involved in a real, real one, if you know what I mean, and I suspect from your question that you do. I know it would be an amazing contemplative experience.
