Checked a few things...

...and I didn't find anything terribly amiss. The two set screws are tight; I don't see that the pulleys aren't aligned; the speed sensor isn't loose.

I have in the past, and again this time, lifted the pulley off the belt and put it back exactly where it was. It is now quieter, but I think this solution isn't permanent. It isn't a really big deal, but it bugs me.
