Lidding a hollow form ()

Hi Ray, I was trying to upload a photo, but had to adjust my preferences...Any way, I hold the lid in a chuck, and complete the bottom side of the lid, and fit the lid to the box. then I make a wood jam chuck, and draw up the tailstock to secure everything. Then turn the upper part with the knob. You can also put the box back in the chuck if it has a tenon, and hold to lid with the box, but it must be a secure fit. If my jam chuck is too tight, I just turn it away til it's very thin, and remove the lid.
