I have 3 airbrushes. The Iwata (purchased from Binh Pho in 2010), the Grex T3, purchased from David Nittmann (after watching Joe Fleming's demo at an AAW Symposium) that has the trigger control, and a Masters (inexpensive). I had a hard time getting used to the top of the gun finger control on the Iwata. I had no trouble using the Grex with the trigger control, right from the start. When trying to use the Masters, I spent more time trying to get it to work.

Like with most tools, machinery and equipment, you get what you pay for. Very limited, or only occasional use and you can probably get by with a less expensive airbrush. But it you want to do a lot, or work in fine details, you'll be a lot happier with a good quality airbrush, and expect to pay $100 and up.
