Can't even tell you how many times I've cut myself or removed splinters with a knife without a sterilized blade. Builds up immunity. Same with not washing my hands before I eat. Too many hours in a factory or construction site where you just stopped and ate what you had. I'm rarely ever sick and when I do it only lasts a fraction of the time that others do with the same illness. Of course if there are only 50 known cases out of what 50 million people. That's a pretty low percentage.
