Turning

A bit more than I can chew... *PIC*

A crew is cutting down some very large old oak trees down the street so I asked them for some pieces to turn and some firewood for my shop. I got what I asked for and then some. There are still 2 even larger trees to come down but I think this is enough. I'm up to a total of 4 bowls that I have turned so far (3 from seasoned wood and one from a log that had been on the ground for 5 years), it looks like I'll have something on which to practice... Now I just need to figure out how to get this stuff processed, glad I bought a can of anchorseal, going to be a new experience for me.
