Donuts to Dough-Knots

Topologically speaking, a donut is an "un-knot". That is: a simple closed loop. A knot, on the other hand, is a closed loop with crossings that cannot be undone without breaking the loop. An example is the trefoil knot shown below.

Today's challenge: With a single cut, transform a Donut into a Dough-Knot.
