>Its English spelling puts one in mind of the expression "Two's company . . ." Its Welsh spelling is another matter entirely. (One must keep in mind that in Welsh, the letter "w" really is a "double-U," and could be pronounced "ow" as in "Howel" ("Hwyl" or as in your question) or "oo" as in "goose".)
