Steve, it has taken me a while to adjust my head to streaming. I would prefer holding something - a CD or a vinyl album - in my hands. My favourite music activity is to select an LP, prepare it for the turntable, and then listen to this. Part of the enjoyment is the ritual. I have a large collection of ripped CDs that I can and do listen to as well.

However, there is something quite amazing in the fact that I can listen to just about any album ever made, and at better-than-CD quality, just by dialling it in on the streamer. Plus, this can be fed into other listening rooms, especially the car and workshop. I still purchase LPs, and the streamer also lets me sample these prior to purchase.

It's a changing world.

Regards from Perth

Derek
