That is not the presumption. The presumption is that you do not need to eliminate every individual who has covid for covid to die off. That is just science. I am not a vaccine denier, a covid denier, I wear actual masks that work, etc... You do not appear to be aware of the real strategy that the medical community globally is pursuing with vaccines, on your behalf. Vaccines are actually far cooler than you seem to think. They CAN cure the pandemic without everyone taking them, and this has been proven over an over again. COVID is a low R virus. The higher the RO, and measles is 12 to 16 compared to covid at 1.1-1.5, that you would need much higher compliance if one was in a measles outbreak. Spanish flu was up to 2.4.

To repeat simple evidence that not everyone needs to be vaccinated, the UK has made the decision not to vaccinate people 16 and under. That is simple proof of why some would not take the vaccine, or need to take the vaccine. Case closed.
