OT - Kitchen Ranges ()

I don't know about your area but propane is expensive. I'd stay with electric. The duel fuel is an option. The one thing I like about gas, especially on the cooktop, is it heats so much quicker.

When we had natural gas hooked up to our house I had the plumber install a stub-out under the house for a future gas range. Problem is our electric range is still new enough that it will probably last longer than we'll live here.
