First Time For Everything *PIC*

Mark Mandell - Gone Round In New Jersey
Over 30 years I've made dowel and butt joints, miter joints, keyed miters, M&T joints, bridle joints, open bridal joints, sliding dove tails, haunched tenons, through tenons with and without pegs, finger joints, machine jig dove tails, and several others that I don't recall the names of, but hand-cut dove tails I've avoided.

Until now.

Doing some night stands in walnut that call for DT's for the top edge joints. So I gets out my Rogowsky joinery book, and starts.

Can't say I'm too awfully pleased, but the two pieces do make a 90

I assume I'll get better at this. :D
