I have a continuing problem w/ some sort of rodent getting into the engine compartments of my Subaru Outback and my wife's Subaru Legacy.
Opened her hood today and found a lot of red berries on stems (possibly Nandina) and some chewed up foam (no idea where it came from). They also chewed some of her wiring.
I purchased and placed a couple of ultrasonic rodent repellent units in both engine compartments - but they obviously haven't done much good.
Any thoughts as to what might work? I don't want to use poison - as I like the hawks and owls that we have nearby.
