Subject:
Tetras box questions.

Barry Irby
I have made a box for my grandson. It is 3" by 6" and 3" deep. Then I made tetras blocks to fill it. They are based on 1 x 1" cubes. There are three layers and 19 pieces altogether. They can be fitted into the box in hundreds of ways, or at least several ways.

Now I am flummoxed. What to do for a lid? I have wooden hinges I made years ago I could use. Or, I could make a base, turn the box upside down and attach a decorative top. Then the box could be lifted off the stack. Reassemble the stack and put the box back on.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
