Hank's is a Lie-Nielsen #112.

The relief angle is not important, but most people grind it at between 45° and 60°. I berlieve that over the years, L-N has changed the factory supplied grind angle, but mostly due to insufficiencies in the available sharpening jigs at the time. The cutting (or maybe "attack") angle is adjustable, and is usually set at around 110°.
