Probably not a solution for this difficult to move monster but I spray all year outside, even below freezing. Success depends on getting the object warm and the finish warm. Warm finish atomizes normally. The heat capacity of the object will flash the solvent. The problem to solve is how to get the object warm, then move outside, then move inside to complete cure.

My van on a sunny day becomes a greenhouse for curing anything that fits. I sprayed a table yesterday, a chest of drawers a month earlier. The chest of drawers was on a dolly which I rolled in and out of the front hall to warm and cure.
