Keith.....I first saw this jig on The New Yankee Workshop.....it was made by MEG products.....I just made a reasonable facsimile in 1/2" ply.

The holes are slightly chamfered on both sides as I flip the jig over when doing the holes on the rear of a cabinet side to eliminate any variation in my hole spacing that might have occurred when I made the jig.

The small holes are for indexing the jig if you wanted to extend the line of pin holes.
