Flooring is produced by a molder, it’s a four sided machine but it does not necessarily produce material ready to be glued face to face. Flat material is best produced by hand feeding a jointer. If you decide to do this you may want to face joint then thickness plane to remove the grooves.

I would personally only glue one or two joints at a time.
