I've got the heavy 'benchtop' version. Mine's a General International, but it's identical to the Jet (and others). I've had mine for about ten years, and it's worked perfectly over that time. I've used it a lot, too.

One tip - for any version - is to sprinkle talcum powder (I use Johnson's Baby Powder) on the rubber drums before putting a sanding sleeve on them. Makes removal/replacement much easier.
