+1 on silica. Just to say, because there is this myth about WEST being brittle, WEST is the perfect hardness for just about anything. They got in first, and other formulators were left with the cheaper softer song to sing. Plus, by the rule of mixtures I don't think adding rock to the mix makes it less brittle. In engineering terms brittle is when something absorbs little energy prior to fracture. WEST excels at dealing with energy applied to high performing structures. Either way adding silica is a great suggestion.
