Product liability?

Imagine the liability one would expose themselves to in selling such a product. If there are people willing to part with $40K to wind their watches imagine the value of the watches being wound...well actually I can't. I'll bet they have aggressive lawyers willing to pursue a real or presumed assault on a watch being wound.

Further exposing my ignorance in these matters, If one has more than one watch why would one want to unnecessarily wear the ones out that aren't being used by keeping them running?
