Over the years I've had enough people ( even strangers ) bring up the word hobby when they want me to make them something, insinuating that I just do it on my free time when I have nothing better to do, and that it's not considered work, so I should do it for little or nothing for them. I think that it is very rude. Go down to your nearest cabinet shop face to face and cop that attitude with them and see what response you get there. People don't get it, it is custom work, and is dirty, dangerous, and very time consuming in most cases.
