Unless your blade is severely worn on one side, the blade itself shouldn't be the cause of your lead. If the blade is centered on both tires, there should be no lead on a saw which has co-planar wheels. A dull blade can of course confuse the issue by inviting you to push harder than should be needed. Even a machine with no lead will drift if you have to use a lot force on the cut.
