I was talking with someone who does a lot of hiring recently.

He told me some of their best employees are from Craigslist, and that the percent retention is the highest of any media currently, something they did not expect. And they also host job fairs, use newspaper, and internet on their website.

Some of the worst employees have been from employees. The comment was the nephew didn't really know how hard Uncle Joe works.

However, he pointed out that they have hired good employees from nearly every type of media/networking.

So best bet if you are looking, shotgun approach, i.e.-everywhere.
