what i have done is boil them in a pan of water . You will not belive the stuff that come's out of the meat. It will be gray like slim on the water most grease and blood. Now they will cook up better and they will fall off the bone. Also i mix up vinagar and water a 50-50 mixture and sprizt on them that will make the meat done all the way to the bone you will not taste the vinagar. Than at the end put on the sause KC Master is what i use. my 2 cents
