>It would be easy to make one as mentioned. Just as example to make one for a workbench with dog holes:
Parts:
2 bushings with collars (steel or bronze or brass)
1 length of threaded rod
1 handle for tightening it up (available at wood stores or MSCdirect.com or reidtool.com or is that reidtools.com)
OR make a handle with a T nut and piece of wood, T nut, bushings and rod all available at lowes or local hardware.

Slip a bushing in top of dog hole and one in bottom of dog hole and put rod up through install handle on bottom.
No bench, then just use a piece of wood in a vise with hole in it.
Many options for this.......
