Help on Voc Ed for Orphans

ed pier
>I'm a civil engineer, former journeyman carpenter (framer & formwork) who's doing volunteer work with an orphanage in Guatemala--starting up shop classes in woodworking and welding.
1)Where can I get some course material for Jr. hi & high shcool level woodshop and welding projects, machinery safety lessons, Instructions on hand and power tools and the like? Preferably on line as mail service here is. . .unreliable.
2) We've got a bunch of old Rockwell-Delta machinery--table saws, drill press, planers, jigsaw, lathe, bandsaw--mostly all with missing parts. I need to find out what I DON'T have and how to properly operate what I do have. Need machinery parts and operations manuals. Anyone know where I can get these?

THanks
