>You can get the specs from any catalog such as Delta. Should be running a 3450 motor from 3/4 to 1 hp is fine. 3" pulleys are ok. Slightly bigger on one is ok. Figure around 4,000 rpm for the head. Make your own guard from plywood. Highly unlikely you will find and original guard and no need to pay anything when you can make it yourself.
