walnut kitchen slicer all ready for turkey *PIC*

Bade from the Weaver steel smithing shop. I have no doubt it will split hairs. I have longed for years for a high hardness slicing knife. A dream come true.

Walnut handle, oiled. Shaped with two of those French rasps. They do work nice. Got them from an estate. To pricy to buy new, but having used them I think I would replace them as needed as they work so well for shaping.
